 Sheriff Wright said he wants to bring back Chain Gangs, AMEN

Allen, 50, held his hand behind his back as if he had a weapon according to the cashier.Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright says the "whole system is at fault" for repeat offenders, including Robert Craig Allen, who is accused of robbing four Upstate stores.

Wright says Allen has an extensive criminal history, including prior convictions for similar crimes.


 Another Upstate sheriff has said that Repeat Offenders " Have Gone Wild "

 Union County Sheriff David Taylor, who made similar remarks last week, Wright does not fault judges alone.  HELL NO !!  PROSECUTORS DROP CHARGES ALL THE TIME .... FACT ....

The Sheriff says Allen Robbed the Dollar General Store on Reidville Road Friday morning, a Family Dollar on South Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville County, and a Dollar General store at 4580 Highway 146. Officers found a Teal Chevrolet Truck Allen was Suspected of Driving.

He is accused of Robbing the Store in Woodruff. He's also suspected of attempting to rob a Citgo Station on Highway 101.

Allen was finally arrested when he was spotted walking along Old Spartanburg Highway
