The Trigger man is said to be Samuel E. Bolger. It seems these 2 on the Right, Moody and Washington Lied to NCPD Officers when they were Stopped in a SUV near the Crime Scene. They lied and changed their stories several times. So they are now Charged with Misprison of a Felony. A charge you don't see to often.
