Police Arrested, Anthony Huston, 17, of Spartanburg, Charged with Impersonating An Officer.
Victim was on Her way to Work when a Gray SUV with Tinted Windows turned on its Emergency Lights.

THE VICTIM WAS SMART THAT SHE DID NOT STOP UNTIL
SHE GOT TO A BUSY AREA. A GAS STATION. LADIES IF YOUR
STOPPED AT NIGHT. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PULL OVER IN A
DARK AREA. POLICE WILL ALLOW YOU TO DRIVE TO A LIGHTED
AREA FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THEN STOP.

Victim stated that the suspect told her that he had pulled her over for Speeding and was going to give Her a Warning. The report states that the suspect gave the woman his a Business Card and told her, "if you need anything give me a call." .... TYPICAL WARNING SIGN .... BE AWARE LADIES ....
The Victim stated that the Card did not pertain to anything related to law enforcement and she contacted her husband. After speaking with Police, Investigators placed the Business Card into Evidence and Later Determined that there were No Traffic Stops by Police in the area at that time of Day.
