The South Carolina Supreme Court filed an opinion Wednesday dismissing a request for Sidney Moorer's obstruction of justice conviction. 

Moorer was trying to overturn his 2017 conviction for obstruction of justice in the Heather Elvis case. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison six years after her death in 2013.

The highest court was asked to decide whether the South Carolina Court of Appeals erred in upholding the conviction. 

His attorney argued that lying didn't obstruct justice and Moorer was actually correcting some of what the investigators were alleging. 

He told on himself because he is Guilty as Sin. And his wife Tammy.

You attack a Profession that little kids grow up wanting to be 

Police Officers like their Uncle, Mom, Father, Brother, ect., 

Not anymore. 

Moms and Dads have lost their young children because of 

people not thinking it through. Gang violence out of control. 

Seasoned Officers either retired or quit. 

Now you have less experienced Police Officers shooting more 

people, because the Media, Biden, Liberals caused the good 

experienced Officer to leave the profession. 

The Media, Biden, ect., cut their own throats. 

Crime out of control. 

Loved ones being murdered by gang-on-gang violence. 

It will take time to get Police Officers seasoned again. Takes 5 long 

years to be considered a seasoned Officer. All that experience retired 

or simply quit. Who could blame them. We'd of done the same. 

We warned people this would happen. Intelligent people like 

Charles Barkley, and many others, get it.   

Millions of Americans know we need our Brave Police Officers.  

Biden says," Hire more Police Officers." To all cities across America. 

One problem sir. They have to be trained, go to classes, learn how to 

shoot a gun, then how to deal with harden criminals. This takes years. 

Experience is the problem now.  

Caused by Media, Biden, ect., Demonizing all Officers. 

People are dying in apartment fires. Why? Because there are not 

enough Police Officers on patrol to warn people at 3 - 4 am that 

there apartments are on fire. 

Officers have saved Thousands of lives by simple being in the right 

place at the right time. Get 40 - 80 people out of burning apartments

before there's goes up. 

Next time before you demonize an entire profession, think it through. 

Thousands are dead now because some did not think 

it through.

 The man convicted in a high-profile disappearance case in Horry County will soon go before South Carolina’s highest court.

Online records show a hearing for Sidney Moorer will take place May 17 before the South Carolina Supreme Court in connection to his obstruction of justice charge.

The crash ended White's 11-day run on the lam with former corrections officer Vicky White, the woman accused of springing him from an Alabama county jail April 29 -- and who authorities preliminarily believe fatally shot herself after the wreck.

Officers who'd been tipped the pair were in Evansville gave chase after seeing them leave a motel in a Cadillac Monday, and had the pursuers not forced them into a ditch, "the fugitive was going to engage in a shootout with law enforcement," Vanderburgh County Sheriff Dave Wedding told reporters Tuesday, citing White's interviews with investigators after his capture.
