Briana Rabon Was Killed By Stephen R. Kelly // This Is The Second Girl That Worked For "Tilted Kilt" That Has Been Murdered // Heather Elvis Also Worked At "Tilted Kilt" // Be Careful Young Ladies //

KERSHAW COUNTY, SC  

  21-year-old, Stephen Ross Kelly, From Lugoff , Arrested Friday,  Is Charged with Murder, Kidnapping and 1 ST. Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Death of 18-year-old Briana Rabon.Stephen No weapon was used. Poor girl was strangled. Kelly and Briana Rabon were friends only. 

A young girl riding her ATV discovered the body. Then ran and got her Dad. She knew the victim from High School. 

 Police are trying working on whether the victim was killed somewhere else and taken to the area near the Haig's Creek neighborhood or perhaps there where she was discovered. Police did work on 2 different crimes scenes in the area Roban was found.
