Alex Anthony Byrd
GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C.
A 14 year Old Girl, was Reported Missing by her Great Grandmother.
On New Year's Day, the Girl returned Home on Her Own and Told her Great Grandmother she had been Raped at a Hotel.
Police went to the Country Hearth Inn on 224 Bruce Road and found 45 year Old Alex A. Byrd there.
Police say Byrd has been Charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Kidnapping and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
Byrd is in the Greenville County Detention Center Held Without Bond on the CSC with a Minor and Kidnapping Charges.
Alex Byrd is listed on the South Carolina Sex Offender Registry. Alex Byrd was Convicted in June 1994 of Raping A Minor and was Released in November 1995. ( ???? )
