Doesn’t really matter if they were “unarmed”, their intentions
were still not good. Also, a motorcycle can still be used as a
harmful or deadly weapon since it’s still considered as a moving
vehicle. For the record, a motorist will always lose to a gun. Props
to the officer for always carrying!
They were only unarmed WHEN THEY WERE ARRESTED
(or found dead in the street). It takes two seconds to toss a firearm.
Of course the driver is going to CLAIM they were unarmed, but how
many times have we seen criminals lie?
