WTH ... ??
SOME JUDGES ARE NO GOOD ...
A man who investigators said tried to solicit a minor to be his sex slave and who wanted to cannibalize a child victim will not go to prison, despite a guilty plea.
Justin Teeter Bensing, 47, of Myrtle Beach, pleaded guilty earlier this month to two counts of solicitation of a minor.

At a news conference about the arrests, then-Sheriff Will Lewis said, "These are the worst kinds of human beings you can possibly find.”
Lewis said Bensing wanted to cannibalize a child victim.
Undercover officers said Bensing tried to solicit an officer he thought was a child and asked if she was “ready to be a full-time baby maker and sex slave.” He also talked about having a sexual fetish and requested that he be able to drink her urine.
Bensing’s lawyer said his client was joking about cannibalism and it shouldn’t have been part of the investigation.
According to court records, Bensing pleaded guilty Aug. 9 to two counts of solicitation of a minor.
He was sentenced to 10 years in prison suspended to five years’ probation.
Bensing had been out on bond since shortly after his arrest.
