// RAPIST CAN WALK THE STREETS IN CLEAR VIOLATION OF THEIR

BOND // NEITHER THE BOND COMPANY NOR THE SOLICITORS OFFICE WILL

DO A DARN THING ABOUT IT  ?? //

HERE'S THIS POOR VICTIMS STORY BELOW //

--------

Rebecca,  Please warn crime victims to not ever trust that GPS monitoring is

being correctly applied. Currently, the bonding company has a financial

incentive to ignore violations, and the solicitor's in charge of revoking bond

don't care what happens. The previously convicted sex offender who was

arrested for assaulting me, was released on 50k bond with a strict house

arrest condition enforced by GPS monitoring. 6 weeks ago, I requested the

GPS records, which showed a habitual pattern of violation of house arrest.

The SOB actually went to a bar on NYE and traveled to the GA mountains.

When the Richland County Solicitor's Office, continued in the same pattern of

doing nothing, as they have for the past 3 years, my husband had to call the

bonding company and threaten to bring a civil action. The company is

currently being sued in Berkeley Cty. by a woman who was raped by a person

being monitored by their GPS, so they filed a motion to revoke bond. Please

note that the rapist wore his monitoring bracelet as he committed the

Berkeley Cty. rape. The motion has been filed, but the Richland Cty. Solicitor's

Office has still not acted to have the bond revoked. They are knowingly

allowing a sex offender to habitually violate his bond. I guess if he assaults a

child or woman or kills me for testifying against him, the Richland Cty.

Solicitior's Office might say "oops" to the victims' families. The SCAG refuses

to help because "incompetence" isn't a reason to intervene. Of course, the

SCAG's Office did tell me to sue the solicitor's office, if I have a problem

with their work. The problem lies in the fact that I'm prohibited by law from

doing so. Excuse the novel. I'm just disgusted and frustrated. I would've

never started to imagine that what I've experienced could occur in this

country. No one can imagine it, so they won't demand change. Consequently,

these stories and ones like them, will inevitably continue. Please say a prayer

tonight for victims of violent crime. They deserve and need your prayers.

Thank you
