Police Arrested Perry Joe Anthony of Greenville. He was taken into Custody in Pickens County After a Manhunt. The same area Police were Searching Friday Afternoon in Pickens County when they Found the Stolen SUV.
Anthony is Charged with Kidnapping, Driving Under Suspension (3rd Offense), Grand Larceny and Failure To Stop For Blue Lights

Grand Larceny of a Vehicle Bond: $5,000
Failure to Stop for Blue Lights Bond: $5,000
Habitual Offender Bond: $5,000
Driving Under Suspension ( DUS ) Fine: $2,105
Kidnapping Bond: DENIED
Anthony will remain in Jail due to the Kidnapping Bond being Denied. Standard Procedure. Suspect will See a Circuit Court Judge on Whether or Not he will Receive Bond for the Kidnapping
