Old Case 2012 - Last Years Wattsville Shooting Leads To Two Arrests

Continued investigation into a case from last year has now led authorities to be able to make arrests.
The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office took two individuals into custody on Friday, June 14 after working on a shooting incident that occurred on September 29, 2012. The crime was witnessed on Wallace Street in the Wattsville community.
With assistance from SLED and Laurens City Police Department, 24-year-old Travion Antwan Mims and 23-year-old Quantavious Mims, both of Laurens were arrested.
The Mims are both charged with four counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a weapon during a commission of a violent crime.
