There isn’t systemic racisim, BUT there are systemic behaviours.
You are right on point Kendel. This is why we need law enforcement,
to enforce the laws that irresponsible individuals break so that responsible
individuals can be safer if that is even possible. Especially with the crap
of defund the police. I live in central oregon which is 3hrs from Portland
and I knew all hell was going to break out when they did that. And it did.
