Similar situation happened to my Dad 4 years ago. He , unfortunately,
was shot and killed. Two of the assailants got 10yrs probation and
one 20yrs in prison.

aren't prosecuted to the fullest extent
He is a kinder person than i would have been someone would have been
run over had it been me. texas is such a crazy place these days, it’s truly
sad what it has become
As long as criminals know there aren’t serious consequences, this will continue.
