There were hundreds of thousands of Scots sold into slavery during Colonial America. White slavery to the American Colonies occurred as early as 1630 in Scotland.

Irish were Slaves also. First Slaves in America were Irish and Scottish.

The Scots and the Irish were the first slaves brought to America, going by any definition of the word, and they were slaves, not indentured servants, nor bonded servants. Slaves indeed.
