    Today marks 104 years since the was carried out by the Ottoman Empire (Modern-day Turkey) in which more than 1.5 million of the 2 million Armenians living in Anatolia were killed. Turkey still to this day denies the existence of the atrocity.

    April 24 is Remembrance Day. 1.5 million Armenians murdered by Ottoman Turks in early 20th c. After 104 yrs, Ankara still hasn’t acknowledged the genocide. It’s high time to do so instead of continuing to deny the facts. The truth is the truth. We remember.

    104 years ago, the Ottoman Empire massacred the Armenians, Assyrians and Greeks. Call it what it is- GENOCIDE. 104 years without recognition & denial. Never stop fighting for justice for our ancestors. I wouldn’t be here without my great grandparents’ strength & faith.
