- We Would like to Say Thank You To Our Military
- Personnel !! Honestly Believe there should be a
- SALARY REVERSAL from Congressmen and
- Senators and our Enlisted Heroes!!! A little
- Research revealed that over 94.2% of our House &
- Senate Officials are Worth over a Million Dollars.
- Funny how that works. A Few are Worth Over
- $70 million and one over $120 million. We've yet
- to meet a Rich Service Member. If you are
- Willing to Die for My Freedom and My Country I
- think the Starting Pay Should Be at least $50,000
- a Year and Yes I would Pay the Extra Tax
- for that, but I think we could find a Government
- Program or 2 to Cut Back on to Help.
- Maybe even a little of that Lobbyist Money could
- help? A little news about Pay. There is a Pay War
- going on in this Country among Companies
- including Mine. We try to out pay and offer more
- benefits than all the other guys. We do this so we can
- attract and keep the Best Employees.
- There are definitely some exceptions to this and
- those businesses catch the karma.
- Did you ever notice the difference between
- Publix and Wal Mart ? I am picking no sides here,
- I shop at both but one is more expensive, offers
- much better customer experience, has much better
- Fruit & Vegetables and will check you out in a New
- York Minute. Both Companies have some awesome
- people but there is a Definite Difference in the
- Business Model.
