FLORENCE, S.C. Florence man was Killed after he was Shot while riding a Moped in the city. The killing was Retaliation.      
 Edward Windham’s Death was Planned by 2 Brothers who were Pissed Off that Ed Windham was found not guilty of Killing their Brother in 2004.        
 Windham was riding his moped when he was Shot around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Pronounced dead at the scene.     
 Witnesses said Cory Nettles Allen didn't run, but stayed on the scene until police got there.

 Both of the Brothers were Angry because a Jury Found Windham Not Guilty in 2008
