ROCK HILL, S.C. -- An Upstate man was arrested after authorities say he applied for a state ID using false information.
Milton Garrison Holt, 45, of Pickens County is charged with three counts of unlawful use of license or fraudulent application for license.
Investigators say he applied for three different state ID cards with two different names at the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles office in Rock Hill.
Holt was booked at the York County Detention Center.
If convicted, he faces a penalty of 30 days in jail or a fine up to $200.
