As a young Black woman, I'm getting really sick of this racism mess. Don't get me wrong, racism is racism no matter how you slice it and ANYONE of ANY race can be racist, minorites included. Personally, I can give a flip! Even this Paula Dean-N word-mess is nonsense. Who is doing more harm to the African-American community in their use of the N-word and just life in general? Paula Dean & other white people or people like Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane, etc? Hmmm, I'm gonna go with these so-called "artists." It's almost like crying wolf. Perhaps we should look at the bigger picture for a change? Once the double standards stop, then maybe I could understand the outrage. Ijs

Michael Beaty Jr. / William Alexander - 2 Arrested In Strangling Death Of Teen From Clinton, SC

Two men were charged Monday in connection with the death of a 19-year-old Clinton woman, the daughter of a South Carolina Law Enforcement Division agent, who was strangled

" Michael Vernon Beaty Jr., 29, of 502 Calvert Ave., Clinton,
was charged with Murder "

" William Jarrell Alexander, 30, of 50 Jaybird Lane, Cross Hill, was charged with accessory after the fact of a murder "

Officers responded to a call Saturday night. Where they found Asbill in Cardiac Arrest, Morse said. She had been strangled

Sheriff’s officials said Asbill was at a Fuller Road residence in Clinton earlier Saturday and was supplied alcohol and drugs. Six people were Charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Beaty, Jr., who was Asbill's boyfriend according to authorities, was denied bond Tuesday.

The Clinton Department of Public Safety says officers responded to Calvert Avenue around 11 p.m. Saturday where they found 19-year-old Emily Anna Asbill in cardiac arrest.Six arrests have been made in connection with the death of a teenager in Clinton over the weekend. One man is charged with murder. Another is charged with accessory after the fact.

The Laurens County Coroner's Office says Asbill died of asphyxiation due to Strangulation

Six suspects were later charged with contributing the Delinquency of a Minor :

They include William Jarrell Alexander, 30; Michael Vernon Beaty, Jr., 29; Charity Nichole Chiapetta,, 27; Nicholas A. Chiapetta, 29; Kyle Bronson Stewart, 29; and Rose Marie Stewart, 28.
