The 'I left my home' cadence it's my favorite.
I always was proud to march as a soldier. It made me feel
a part of something bigger than myself.
You go into basic training sounding like a bunch of cattle.
When you are in sync as a unit weeks later, the sense of
pride will bring tears to your eyes. I was there and it was
an amazing feeling.
