 Some previously pending charges filed against Sidney Moorer and Tammy Moorer in the Heather Elvis Case have been Dismissed

March 10, including the most serious charge of murder. Also dismissed were charges of indecent exposure and an obstruction of justice charge against Tammy Moorer

 Know this, Time will tell. Hopefully new evidence will 

present itself. Moorers won't talk. However, they went

to that boat landing and kidnapped that girl. Video shows 

this. Anyone can see that. When the Moorers left their 

home for the boat landing video captured them. Then, a 

few minutes later, Heather Elvis Phone went dead. Cell 

Phones only go dark like that if either someone removed 

the battery or it was dropped and the battery came out. 

Same thing.  Video shows the Moorers then returning. 

Several videos show the Moorers going to and from the boat 

landing. Heather and Sidney had been talking that very night.

Then Heather disappears from the face of the earth ? The 

Moorers are seen heading to and from the last place Heather

Elvis was seen alive on several videos ... Come on ...
