Judge allows Tammy Moorer to live and work in Florida / Sidney Moorer also in Fl. / Judge Markley Dennis /

A Charleston Judge, JUDGE MARKLEY DENNIS, has signed an order allowing Heather Elvis Murder Suspect Tammy Moorer to Live and Work in Florida, along with her Husband Sidney Moorer, who was also Granted a Bond Modification allowing him to work in Florida last month.
The order allowing Tammy Moorer to move to Florida for employment was signed by Judge Markley Dennis on September 1 and entered into the court system on September 15. Under her modified bond order, Moorer must check in once a month for any drug tests, and to pay home detention fees, the filing states.
Sidney Moorer’s bond modification order was signed on August 27 and entered into the system on September 1. Under the modified conditions of the bond, Moorer will still be monitored by Home Detention, will be required to provide Home Detention his Florida address, and his employer's name and address. If his employment or living status changes, he must notify Home Detention. Moorer must also check in with Home Detention at least once each month.
In August, Judge Dennis Granted the First Bond Modification to the Moorers, allowing them a temporary leave to visit Florida for a job interview.
Both Sidney and Tammy Moorer have been out on bond since February 2, 2015, 2 days after Judge Dennis set bond at $100,000 each for all charges related to the Heather Elvis case. They were both required to wear GPS monitoring devices, stay outside of a five-mile radius of the Elvis house, and have no contact with the Elvis family.
The Moorers were taken into custody at their Horry County home nearly one year earlier, in February 2014, and were charged with kidnapping and murder in connection with the disappearance of Heather Elvis, who was 20 years old when she went missing in December 2013.
Trial was originally scheduled to take place in May 2015, but was delayed indefinitely.
