A Hearing scheduled in the murder case of Heather Elvis has been delayed,
according to the Horry County Solicitor's Office.

“After a telephone conference with all parties, it was determined there is no need to
have Motion Hearings the week of May 11 in State vs. Moorer.”
In March, court documents revealed the trial of Sidney and Tammy Moorer for the
Murder of Heather Elvis had been Delayed.
