 Upstate Man is Accused of Setting Fire to a Home to Prevent a Witness from Testifying Against Him in a Trial

 Arrests Warrants said Alexander Tuckey Dillard Make Several Incendiary Devices and intentionally set Fire to a Home.
 Warrant also States that Dillard Set the Home on Fire to Prevent " A Witness " from Testifying in a 
Trial set for Monday.
 Witness was Scheduled to Testify in the Case, which centered on an Armed Robbery of a Dollar General Store.
 Dillard is Charged with 3 Counts of Attempted Murder and 1 Count of Third-Degree Arson
He was also charged with 10 Counts of Manufacturing a Destructive Device and Intimidation of Witness
 Alexis Jade Adams, 18, is charged with 1 Count of Conspiracy and Accessory a Felony in the Case
 Warrants said Adams went with Dillard to buy the incendiary devices on Sunday and had knowledge of what he was planning on doing with them
  Conviction for Attempted Murder Carries a Penalty of up to 30 Years in Prison. Penalty for an Arson Conviction is up to 15 years. Dillard also Faces 2 to 15 years for Each Count of Manufacturing a Destruction Device, and up to 10 years and a $10,000 fine for Intimidation of a Witness
Dillard Pleaded Guilty to Armed Robbery of The Dollar General Store ( robbed back in 2012 )
