A Security Guard at a Strip Club, Platinum Plus, was Shot and Killed Monday Night.
Jose Luis Aceveno-Lopez, 31, Killed a
security guard, 26-year-old Charles Adam Timmons, as he followed Lopez to his vehicle when Lopez acted as if he was going to leave. Had not paid.
Lopez and Timmons got into an Altercation and Lopez pulled out a Gun and Shot Timmons.
Lopez got back in his vehicle and tried to flee, but wrecked his car.
Other security personnel ran outside and were able to detain Lopez until Officers arrived.
Lopez and Platinum Plus security officers struggled until deputies arrived at the scene and had to use a Taser on Lopez.
