Deshanndon Markelle Franks Tevin Oneil Hill

Deshanndon Markelle Franks, 26, and Tevin Oneil Hill, 22, have been charged with the Murdering.
47-year-old Sammie Dyron Leake and his niece, 24 year old Nikesha Travarea James.
Their bodies were found at their home at 42 Haven Dale Drive. Leake had been shot twice and James shot once.
Franks has also been charged with Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Violent Crime.
