Hearing in Security Guard Shooting Case gets Heated A hearing in the case of an Upstate security guard charged with manslaughter got heated Friday morning.   I'm going to change my stance from yesterday, from blaming Johnson, to waiting for more facts. If it is true that the passenger grabbed the wheel, while India was driving, to make the vehicle go towards the guard and crowd (and the guard knew the passenger had a gun who had earlier vocalized threats of shooting others), then I think Johnson was trying to shoot the passenger more than he was the driver since he knew the guy had a gun. But still, since the driver was assisting a gunman towards a crowd of people, instead of leaving the club, then I can understand why this occurred.    It's also stands to reason the Truck was Not Leaving and Defusing the Situation. But rather getting Ready to do a Drive By. If they were Driving Towards the Crowd this Guard has the Right to Protect those People, even if it's by shooting them in the back.     The Guard Joey Johnson Actually Saved Lives   The passenger, Willis Donald, should be charged with Murder / Attempted Murder. For he is the Root Cause of this Entire Incident.
