''We have figured out what happened to Heather Elvis": Moorer's Lawyer plans to file Federal Lawsuit. What an Idiot ..

The Whole Headline is Deceiving ... What is wrong with WBTW News 13  ?

COLUMBIA, SC (WBTW) – The lawyer for Sidney and Tammy Moorer says he plans to file a federal lawsuit in June in reference to the investigation surrounding the disappearance of Heather Elvis.
Eric Poston, of Chalmers Poston, LLC in Columbia, released a statement to News13 on Thursday, saying a lawsuit will be filed in federal court against “the involved law enforcement agencies as well specific law enforcement officials.”
Poston also says his firm will sue Facebook, Terry Elvis and “others who were involved in the coordinated harassment of the Moorers that was planned out on the various Facebook pages.”
“This lawsuit is, for better or worse, the Moorer’s first and probably only opportunity to get their story (i.e. the truth) out to the public without any limitations. We have figured out what happened to Heather, and are working hard to close the few remaining gaps in the story. That is the main reason it is taking months to get this lawsuit together,” Poston’s statement also says. “The purpose of it is not simply to hold the wrongdoers accountable and it is certainly not about money; it is to clear the Moorer name and identify the real criminals by way of shining the national spotlight on the incredibly (and we argue intentionally) pathetic police investigation.”
(  where do they find these crazy lawyers at ???? omg ..  )

“We’ve had to do what the police didn’t do. Actually investigate,” Poston adds.

( idiot ) ( what about motive, the videos, the threats by tammy, lying to the
police, last person spoken to was sidney moorer, phone calls to heather
2 am - 3:34 am.  they lured her out into a trap,  ect, ect.  )  fruitcakes ..

Poston claims in his statement “the last person to see her [Heather Elvis]” was “interviewed for a grand total of 15 minutes and none of his alibis were checked. Nor was his phone thoroughly analyzed. We’ve still figured it out, though.”
“This will be quite an entertaining litigation process from an attorney’s perspective. You’ll see many people crumble under the weight of their own lies after being asked questions they should have been asked 6 years ago. You’ll see the truth blossoming and so will the rest of the country,” Poston’s statement further says. “It’s going to be incredibly humiliating for the police. But I could give less of a damn if it gets two innocent people out of prison and replaces them with the real criminals. If it finally produces justice for Heather. And it will.”

( hope he's heard of a frivolous lawsuit. they can turn around and sue him. )

Sidney Moorer is expected to be in court on June 21.

June 21 is for Pre - Trial Motions Only.
The Trial Should be in Aug. or Sept. we pray.

Fire Destroys Possible Stash House Tied to Brittanee Drexel Disappearance

Burning Evidence !! Why now ??

An abandoned home that belonged to the family of a suspect in Brittanee Drexel’s disappearance burned down on Saturday evening.
FBI officials did not immediately respond to see if the property is one of the “stash houses” that was searched for clues to her disappearance.
The blaze was reported around 10 p.m. Saturday at 1819 Old Collins Creek Road in McClellanville, South Carolina, said Chief Mike Bowers with the Awendaw-McClellanville Consolidated Fire District.
The road is south of where federal and local investigators searched for clues in Drexel’s case in 2016.

Fire crews arrived to find the building engulfed in flames. Bowers said the house had no power and built 80 years ago.

The cause of the blaze remains undetermined and under investigation, Bowers said, but there were no apparent signs of arson. He added it was suspicious as the property was abandoned, had no power and still caught fire.
The property belonged to the Taylor family, Bowers said. FBI investigators called Timothy Da’Shaun Taylor a person of interest in Drexel’s disappearance. Taylor is in jail on unrelated charges.

10 years later: Vigils planned for Brittanee Drexel
There are vigils and fundraisers planned in 2019 to mark the 10-year anniversary of Brittanee Drexel's disappearance. Drexel was last seen walking out of a Myrtle Beach hotel in 2009.
Jailhouse informants said they saw Drexel at a “stash house” in McClellanville in the days after her disappearance. Drexel came to the Myrtle Beach area from New York in April 2009 for spring break, unbeknownst to her mother. She was last seen leaving the Blue Water Resort on April 25.
One of those jailhouse informants, Taquan Brown, told The Sun News he saw Drexel being sexually assaulted at a McClellanville area building. He said days later he was outside when he heard the gunshots that killed Drexel.
FBI investigators said they believe Drexel’s remains were placed in an alligator pit.

Wonder if they're Burning Evidence ! Gee I wonder ...

** Well that just makes them look incredibly guilty. They could’ve at least tried to keep lying based on the lack of evidence, but why burn it down if you have NOTHING to hide or have done NOTHING wrong? Too much of a coincidence.

( The FBI did get Brittanee Drexel DNA out of a couple stash houses.
Not sure if this is one of them or not  ..  ??  )
