// Robert Ford was always One of the Syrian Rebels’ Loudest Cheerleaders In Washington, DC // // No Weapons to Ukraine // Will only make things Worse //

OBAMA IS NO LEADER  .........  !

Robert Ford was always one of the Syrian rebels’ loudest cheerleaders in Washington,
agitating from within a reluctant administration to arm vetted moderates to fight Bashar
 Assad’s brutal regime.

In recent weeks, however, Ford, the former U.S. ambassador to Syria who made news
when he left government service a year ago with an angry critique of Obama administration
policy, has dropped his call to provide weapons to the rebels. Instead, he’s become
increasingly critical of them as disjointed and untrustworthy because they collaborate
with jihadists. The about-face, which is drawing murmurs among foreign policy analysts
and Syrian opposition figures in Washington, is another sign that the so-called moderate
rebel option is gone and the choices in Syria have narrowed to regime vs. extremists in a
war that’s killed more than 200,000 people and displaced millions.

On the heels of meetings with rebel leaders in Turkey, Ford explained in an interview this
week why his position has evolved: Without a strong central command or even agreement
among regional players that al Qaida’s Nusra Front is an enemy, he said, the moderates
stand little chance of becoming a viable force, whether against Assad or the extremists. He
estimated that the remnants of the moderate rebels now number fewer than 20,000.
They’re unable to attack and at this point are “very much fighting defensive battles.”

// OBama’s Inability To String 2 Words Together When He’s Not Reading From A Teleprompter // 57 States // Idiot //

 Obama’s inability to string 2 words together when he’s not reading from a teleprompter but Obama’s latest mangled attempt at speech is too funny.

As we all know in Obama’s World, there are 57 states, 10 year presidencies, Arkansas is closer to Kentucky than Illinois, he’s already president prior to the election (sort of Alice in Wonderland like there, president now, election later), they speak Arabic in Afghanistan, and kids with asthma use breathalyzers and “inhalators”. Obamas words :

“Well, let me -- let me be absolutely clear. Israel is a strong friend of Israel's. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under a McCain government -- administration. It will be a strong friend of Israel's under an Obama administration. So that policy is not going to change.”

That’s good to know that Israel’s policy of being a strong friend of itself won’t change regardless of the outcome of the US election. Shame Obama didn’t take the opportunity to express American support for Israel, ahh well, he’s a Democrat so it would be halfhearted support at best anyways. I am though looking forward to the view of the “Greatest orator since Pericles” on such issues as Jordan’s support for Jordan, France’s support for France, Germany’s support for Germany. Just to help Obama out a little, there’s 16 lander (states) in Germany, they speak French in France, Jordan borders Israel, and for God’s sake don’t engage in another foreign sport like bowling while overseas, stick with your native basketball. Also, we call the government a president leads an administration not a.... oh, I'm a little too late on that one.

Aside from revealing yet again how much of a lightweight he is in foreign policy. Obama mentioned a two favorite leftwing talking points in his recent speech in Cape Girardeau, MO. When talking about why there aren't more NATO troops in Afghanistan he boiled it down to a simple cause, they are mad about Iraq so they refuse to help in Afghanistan. That is wrong for many reasons as it assumes,
  1. Non-Anglo NATO forces that are in Afghanistan are helping. They aren't by and large unless conducting traffic or manning the copier in Kabul are considered "helping".

  2. Non-Anglo NATO countries would be helping in Afghanistan sans Iraq. It is equally, I would argue more but for the sake of argument I'll say equally, possible that there would be fewer NATO troops in Afghanistan as it would be the "bad war" absent Iraq. A similar dynamic can be seen amongst US Democrats, switching from opposition/resigned acquiescence to support for Afghanistan after Iraq.

  3. Non-Anglo Europe was all out opposed to the Iraq invasion and we forced it down their throats. Simply not true, most of Europe (I'm referring to governments of course) supported the Iraq War and/or the subsequent occupation.

  4. Non-Anglo NATO countries have hordes of soldiers just waiting to rescue us in Afghanistan (or Iraq in some cases). Last year Continental Europe proved unable to provide a few thousand soldiers and 9 helicopters to support the NATO mission in Afghanistan, not for lack of support for the mission but for far more tangible reasons.
 Dealing with the incorrect notion that "Europe" was monolithically or even mostly opposed to the Iraq War, the second with the idea that Germany could provide many 10's of thousands of soldiers to support us if we were nicer, and the 3rd is the same as the second but covers France. The last two were written some 2 years ago so some of the specifics are out of date (budgets, "current" deployments, the German military is reorganizing, etc) but they remain accurate overall. They also deal with Iraq, but if they don't have the capacity to help us in Iraq they don't have it to help us in Afghanistan.

// ISIS PURE EVIL //

 Religious zealots press the Obama administration to label, brand and or create a religious war narrative out of ISIS' evil inspired conflict, the President would be wise to reject the notion. Changing the narrative to that of a religious conflict could have devastating consequences, the world would have to live with for eons. Remember, America has religious fanatics chomping at the bit too.
 This conflict has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with unmitigated evil. This is a conflict being fueled and sustained by Evil. The concept may be difficult to accept, because evil is a difficult enemy to recognize. Evil is not a person or persons, its an ever-present force, lurking about seeking opportunity to exploit weakness. Simply put, those fighting for ISIS are merely weak minds being exploited by Evil.
Currently, many are arguing, those attracted to or influenced by groups like ISIS, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, et al, can be characterized as disaffected disfranchised directionless youth that have been disowned and deemed outcast in they're own countries. If only educational and gainful employment opportunities were available, many of these so-called foreign fighters, jihadist, Islamic militant wannabes would be walking the straight and narrow. From this observers perspective, nothing could be further from the truth.
More often than not, the average willing recruit for cult-like groups such as ISIS are simply the world's human waste. These are murders, thugs, criminally insane, sadist, sexual deviants, psychotics, misfits and of course, your garden variety losers. Weak-minded degenerates to the core, they're psyches are often fertile ground for Evil to flourish.
After Evil has sown the seeds of a distorted message, the twisted militant finds himself convinced, his perversions are an asset to the cause. The depraved jihadist has found a space on the planet where he can be all he's ever wanted to be; Evil. He can not only kill, maim, rape and pillage with total impunity here on earth, but be further rewarded in heaven after death. One should be able to understand how that illogic would appeal to a maniac.
Bottom line: In many cases, Evil has taken full possession of these minds bodies and souls and is orchestrating a proxy war against humanity itself. If Evil is successful in baiting humanity into the trap of a religious war, Evil will win. Its imperative the Obama administration resist radical fanatics on the Right, by identifying and framing ISIS and like-minded offshoots for what they are. ISIS, by any other name is still nothing but Evil.
