The F.B.I. held a News Conference Wednesday, 06/08/16, afternoon in which Investigators  shared New Information about the Disappearance of 17-year-old Brittanee Drexel, of Rochester, New York, who Disappeared during a 2009 Spring Break trip to Myrtle Beach









Officials revealed Wednesday that they believe that after Drexel left the Blue Water Resort on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, she spent several days in the North Charleston-McClellanville-South Georgetown County area, and was held against her will at least part of that time ...

The FBI said Investigators are certain that Drexel was Alive for days after she was last seen on surveillance video leaving Blue Water resort on April 25 and that she was the Victim of Homicide ...
Thompson said investigators feel certain that someone saw Drexel during the days before her death.  He said the F.B.I. is Offering a $25,000 Reward for Information Leading to an Arrest and Conviction.  But he also said the F.B.I. will charge anyone who has information if they do not come forward ...

Brittanee’s mother, Dawn Drexel, pleaded for help from the public to “bring her killers to justice.”
“We know she isn’t coming home alive,” she said. 
“We need your help to find Brittanee’s remains and bring her home to rest.”
Myrtle Beach police Lt. Joey Crosby said investigators have conducted hundreds of interviews and have followed hundreds of leads across the county.  He said the sole goal of law enforcement is to find out what happened to Drexel and to bring closure to her family.
“We will not give up,” Crosby said. “We will not stop this investigation.
