"I'm very upset that that did happen," said SCDC Bryan Stirling.

 " This is a very public example of an ongoing problem in corrections facilities, in jails and even federal prisons -- contraband devices like cell phones giving inmates access to the outside world. "

“These inmates can still run their criminal enterprises while they are in prison and that is a problem,” said Stirling.   ....  THANK YOU  .... 

It’s one he says is begging for a solution. State Senator Mike Fair from Greenville is working on that solution.

“The Best that we can do is to Continue to Punish those who are Breaking The Law in this regard, Smuggling Contraband in,” said Fair.     ....  AMEN  ....

“We think it's a High Crime because it's Creating all Sorts of Danger,” said Fair.

He pointed to a 2008 incident where an officer was the target of a hit believed to be ordered by an inmate on a cell phone. The officer was shot 6 times, but survived. “We have Staffed the Front Gate at Headquarters for the First Time since the late 1990s,” said Stirling.

 Inside the prisons, metal detecting chairs and cell phone detection tools are used to look for communication devices.

 Stirling is hoping, someday, for more involving Cell Phone Jamming in Prisons for all except cleared personnel.

 “I would be able to make a call, or the warden would be able to make a call, but none of the other phones would be allowed,” said Stirling.

Until then, for these 7 inmates, Stirling said this Rap Video is adding to their Rap Sheets.

The inmates involved in the video will go through a disciplinary process. They can face longer sentences, loss of visitation and phone privileges, loss of job and good behavior credits and potential segregation up to a year.

 Arrested : Shambray Carroll, Sydney Griffin and Laquan Harley for a Robbery in Downtown Greenville. The three suspects were also arrested in Greenville, back in October, following a shooting outside Dixie's Tavern.   ...  ???? ...

 Harley and Griffin are Accused of Robbing a Couple on Main Street on March 21. Later Harley and Carroll were then Caught on Camera using the Stolen Credit card at a store on Augusta Street.

 Victim Sheelah Thompson told Ofc's that her boyfriend, 23-year-old Tyler Ford, got in a fight with her while they were watching a movie, and that he had Choked Her and Threatened to Kill Her. 

SheelahThompson said Ford had “popped “ their infant daughter on the legs twice because she was crying.  She said when she tried to get Ford away from the baby, he rolled up his Anger Management Book and Hit Her with it. She said when Ford continued to assault her, she grabbed a box cutter and slashed his arm.

 Tyler Ford confirmed that he and Thompson had been arguing while watching a movie.  He said when he asked Thompson why she would try to anger him while he’s trying to complete an anger management class, and she wouldn’t answer and would just shrug, so he hit her.  (?)

constantly because of your size. Some young men take longer than others

to fill out. But to Bullies, Assholes and No Good Bosses. They use this to

Judge someone's Character. That's how Small Minded they are. Try to

Kill someones Hopes and Dreams.

 They Belittle you. They say your not a man, however you do twice as much

work as they do ?! The saying above is so True. God will deal with them in his time.

Believe that.

  You see, when you go around putting someone down it's really you that has a

problem. Like say you call someone small or weak. But you have to take Steroids

to feel good about yourself. Your the Weak One.

  Either Men or Women who Belittle someone just for a Laugh are the Weakest Ones.

And because your some Arrogant Yankee living in the South doesn't make you Any

BAXTER, TN -- A great niece of Johnny Cash was found stabbed to death and stuffed in a box in Putnam County.

Courtney Cash's body was found Wednesday at a home in the 8100 block of Rice Road in Baxter, about 100 miles east of Nashville.

Investigators said Cash was stabbed to death with a kitchen knife during a struggle at the home in the early morning hours.

Putnam County Sheriff David Andrews said her body was found in a box approximately four feet long and two feet deep similar to a cedar chest, but not made of cedar, near the front door.

Her boyfriend, Austin Johnson, was also stabbed but managed to escape the house and drive himself to a hospital.

Johnson has since been transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. His injuries have prevented him from speaking with investigators, Sheriff Andrews said.

Cash and Johnson have a young daughter who was in the home at the time of the incident. The sheriff said Johnson managed to grab her before fleeing the home. She was not injured.

Wayne Masciarella was placed into custody for the crime and charged with first degree murder. Additional charges are pending.

The sheriff described the three as friends and said they had been out Tuesday night and got into an argument after returning to the home.

"It's our understanding that at about 3 or 4 a.m. [Wednesday] morning, the three had been out together somewhere. They came home, a struggle ensued, and that's when the stabbings occurred," Sheriff Andrews said in a media briefing Thursday afternoon.

A motive was not immediately known, but when asked if drugs and alcohol were involved, Sheriff Andrews responded, "Probably."

"We live in a drug-driven society. This is a senseless, tragic death of a young lady whose life was probably taken as a direct or indirect result of drugs," he added.

Masciarella has a lengthy criminal history, with 20 entries into the Putnam County jail.

He's also been arrested in Davidson, Smith, Jackson, Cumberland and Knox counties on charges ranging from drug possession to aggravated assault.

More recently, Masciarella was arrested in May of 2013 on charges of domestic assault and vandalism.

The Cash family asked for prayers in a statement released Thursday.

"We ask for you to respect our privacy and appreciate all the support that the public and media has always offered my family. As we handle the loss of my granddaughter, pray for the father of my great grandchild and journey through the search for justice on this violent act," Tommy Cash, Johnny Cash's younger brother, said in the statement. He continued, "We are completely heartbroken. It is a time like this that we are grateful for our faith and trusting the loving guidance of God."

Victim Javon Martin grabbed the gun, Hit him in the Face Several Times and Robbed him. 
       Martin Pulled the Trigger Several Times, but the Gun did Not Fire.
Anderson County Deputies Arrested Jervon Martin and Charged him with Robbery and 
Attempted murder.

An accomplice in this incident, Julian Montez Hunter, was taken into custody on January 30 th.
